With a career spanning over 20 years, Thomas brings extensive knowledge and experience from project/program and functional leadership roles.
Thomas started working globally early on in his career after his studies in the Netherlands. 7 years of his career has been overseas – working and living in China, Australia, Singapore and USA. Several project assignments have taken him to all corners of the world.
The cultural understanding and respect obtained while living and working overseas is a great asset which has taught him to be humble and respectful when navigating in any cultural environment.
